性同一性障害(GID)に関して、日本において一般国民の理解が徐々に広まりつつありますが、診断と治療ができる施設は限られています。
そのためのきっかけや環境作りこそが当クリニックの追及すべき本来の役目なのだと信じています。
当クリニックの役割は、継続的な治療を提供すること、家庭や学校、職場、その他の環境の地域社会に暮らす性同一性障害（GID)あるいは性別違和（GD)の方々を心理面からも支援し、多くの治療の選択肢を考慮します。
当クリニックでは、手術を中心にしていますが、手術を受けて終わりというクリニックではなく、術後も性同一性障害の治療を継続できるようにお手伝いさせていただきます。
アットホームな安心感のあるクリニックでありたいと思っています。
